Cancellation Policy
Plans change — here's how we handle cancellations and reschedules.
Free changes
Cancel or reschedule more than 12 hours before your appointment at no charge, by phone, WhatsApp or through our Spa Assistant.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
Running late
If you're running late, let us know. We'll keep your room where possible, though your treatment may be shortened.
